Pick up & Drop off timings

• Pick up Time: – 08.30 AM to 09.00 AM
• Trip Timings: – 09.30 AM to 07.30 PM
• Tour Duration: – 10.00 hrs.
• Days of Operation: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat

• The pick-up location is from Deira and Bur Dubai. In cases of other locations, additional charges may be applied.
• Itinerary or route can be reschedule with prior notice.
• There will be no reimbursement for any transfers will be arranged in such circumstances.
• 100% No show will be considered, if the guest fail to reach on time at the designated pick up place, Transfers can be arranged as per the availability.
• Timing mentioned in the Itinerary will be approximate timing for the Pick-up & Drop off.
• Tour can be cancelled due to any bad weather or traffic issue, the tour will be arranged with similar options, and it will be based on availability.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

• All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
• Refunds processed at any time will bear a service charge of AED 10 per transaction.
• 50 % cancellation charges will be applicable if cancellation is done 24 – 48 hours prior to the tour.
• 100 % cancellation charges will be applicable if cancellation is done 24 hours prior to the tour.
• Refund will be made within 7 working days from the cancellation date and refundable amount will be calculated as per cancellation / refund policy.
• Another key point, children below 3 Years of age are Free of Charge.

Seating policy:

• We reserve the seats as per the availability.
• Seating arrangement in sharing tours will be arranged by tour guide.
• Dubai City Tours are operated on sharing basis until and unless requested for specific arrangements.

Insurance coverage:

• All our vehicles are fully insured to include passengers in the unlikely event of an accident
